This compact device, that was studied for the heavy service, has all the characteristics of a pneumatic transport plant and it has the advantage to be transportable to near it as more as possible next at the point of suction.
The group respects all the necessary requisites to operate in absolute safety.
The abrasive, when is sucked by the flexible duct, is stored in the proper vacuum container, while the filtering of the dust is guaranteed by the cyclone filters group. The filter with the self cleaning cartridges allows to V-Vacuum 50 to work without load loss caused by the filters stoppage.
The vacuum of exercise is assured by a pump with rotating reels type "ROOTS" with high head that is connected to an electric motor by means of belt drive.
The motor pump group is assembled on a basement with vibration-damping and is inserted in a soundproofed cabin equipped with a ventilator for the cooling.
The V-Vacuum recuperator is moreover supplied with a breackvacuum safety valve, silencer of pump discharge and control board. |
